"Omg I could cryyyy (happy tears)! I wasn't sure what to expect being my first year as an SCORP but you just eased my mind. I could hug you. I appreciate all your hard work and efforts. So glad I have you. Seriously! Your explanation is amazing and just what I need to understand these returns and reports!"

Payroll Tax Clean-Up & Compliance Peace of Mind

Client type: Dog grooming business
Revenue level: ~$150,000/year
Team: Owner + 2 employees
Problem when they came in: Behind on payroll tax filings for 2024 and 2025. They were worried about non-filing and penalties and didn’t know where to start.
What we did: Reconciled payroll inside QuickBooks Payroll, rebuilt clean quarterly numbers, prepared and filed missing federal 941s plus State quarterly payroll filings, filed required annual payroll returns, and provided clear filing and payment instructions by quarter.
Outcome: All missing filings are submitted, payments are current, and QBO auto-filing is now set up so late filings and payments are no longer part of the business.
Typical investment: One-time cleanup project $1,200–$1,600
S Corp Election for Large Tax Savings
Client type: Home-based pet business with low overhead
Revenue level: ~$175,000/year
Team: Owner + 1 employee
Problem when they came in: Strong profit and a prior preparer who didn’t explain entity options. They wanted a smarter setup and a clearer plan going forward.
What we did: Filed late S-Corp election relief (Form 2553), coordinated payroll setup, established a reasonable owner salary, implemented W-4 withholding strategy, and guided the client through the transition with straightforward answers and support.
Outcome: With the S-Corp election plus an accountable plan, the client reduced tax liability by over $16,000 for the year and now has a structure that supports proactive quarterly planning instead of tax-time stress.
Typical investment: Tax prep + customized estimates + quarterly planning $200–$250/month
Profit Advising = Cash Flow Turnaround

Client type: Pet grooming + pet boarding business (multiple locations)
Revenue level: ~$1,000,000/year
Problem when they came in: Weak cash flow meant they were constantly using short-term loans or the owner was injecting cash just to keep the business moving. Profit, taxes, and owner’s pay weren’t being funded consistently.
What we did: Completed a Profit Assessment, launched a rollout plan to change how income flowed through the business, reviewed payroll percentage to income, analyzed employee utilization to tighten labor efficiency, and set up a consistent schedule to transfer a percentage of revenue into separate bank accounts for profit, taxes, owner’s pay, and long-term reserves (emergency fund).
Outcome: The owner gained clarity and control over cash flow, paid down multiple long-term loans in under a year, and tax season became far less stressful because tax funds were already reserved.
Typical investment: Profit Advising requires a 1-year term: $150–$300/month (monthly vs quarterly meetings)
